JR Social Media manager
LA BASED / COMMUNITY / PART-TIME HYBRID
This program is in exchange for college credit. We are currently seeking to work with students who are available to work 4.5 days a week, part-time, with hours as follows:
*Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM to 3 PM PST. 15-25 hours a week

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Jr. Influencer Relations Intern to join the SBJ ESNTLS team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR gifting, and relationship management.
You’ll support the Influencer Relations team with discovering new creators, personalized outreach, coordinating PR, maintaining creator relationships, and helping turn partnerships into meaningful brand awareness and content.

Key Responsibilities
+ Creator Outreach & Relationships
Research and identify creators who align with SBJ ESNTLS.
Conduct personalized outreach to potential creator partners.
Build and maintain genuine relationships with creators.
Follow up with creators regarding partnerships, PR, events, and content.
Maintain an organized creator database and track communication.
+ PR & Influencer Partnerships
Assist with coordinating PR gifting from outreach through delivery.
Track PR packages, creator responses, and resulting content.
Support creator partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations.
Help identify new opportunities to grow SBJ through influencer relationships.
Collect and organize approved creator content for brand use.
+ Campaign & Event Support
Support influencer outreach for SBJ campaigns, launches, and events.
Invite relevant creators to SBJ events and activations.
Assist with creator communication before and after events.
Work with Social Media and Marketing to ensure creator partnerships support current brand goals.
+ Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing, Community, and Design.
Communicate creator updates, opportunities, and content with the appropriate departments.
Support additional influencer marketing and partnership initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Enrolled in a school granting hours for internship
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator platforms
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable conducting outreach through email and social media
Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media is a plus
Eager to learn, contribute, and grow
