JR CEO Operations & Growth Intern
REMOTE / OPERATIONS / PART-TIME
This program is in exchange for college credit. We are currently seeking to work with students that are able to work 4.5 days a week, part-time, with hours as follows:
*Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 3PM PST. 15-25 hours a week
The Role:
The Jr. Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern will help grow SBJ ESNTLS by identifying new wholesale opportunities, building relationships with local businesses, and supporting our sales pipeline. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, prospecting, and account management.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and helping a growing brand expand its retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential wholesale accounts.
Conduct outreach through email, phone, and in-person visits.
Schedule discovery meetings with prospective retailers.
Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing wholesale presentations and proposals.
Build relationships with small businesses and retail partners.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships.
Organized with strong time management skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Interest in sales, business development, entrepreneurship, or marketing.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Google Workspace or CRM software is a plus.
