JR CEO Operations & Growth Intern

REMOTE / OPERATIONS / PART-TIME

This program is in exchange for college credit. We are currently seeking to work with students that are able to work 4.5 days a week, part-time, with hours as follows:

*Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 3PM PST. 15-25 hours a week

 

The Role:

The Jr. CEO Operations & Growth Intern will work directly with the Founder & CEO on projects that support the growth of SBJ ESNTLS. This role provides hands-on experience in business operations, strategic planning, research, website management, grant writing, newsletters, and special projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized, and curious individual who wants to learn what it takes to build and grow a purpose-driven consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with business operations and strategic projects.

  • Research and prepare grant opportunities and applications.

  • Support website updates and content management.

  • Help create newsletters and internal communications.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.

  • Assist with presentations, reports, and business documents.

  • Support cross-functional projects across multiple departments.

  • Help organize systems, processes, and documentation that improve company operations.


Knowledge & Skills:

+ Candidates should possess an understanding of B2C marketing

+ Natural Leader

+ Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas and nurturing a culture of creatives

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

+ Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills

+ An understanding of search engine optimization and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus
