We are currently seeking to work with an individual that is able to work 5hrs a week, part-time.

Location: Los Angeles, with one day per week in office.

The Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our brand. This role combines relationship management, campaign strategy, and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Influencer Identification & Onboarding:

  • Research, identify, and vet influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and audience.

  • Manage onboarding processes for new influencer partnerships, including contracts and agreements.

+ Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer communications and inquiries.

+ Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop influencer campaigns that align with brand goals.

  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including timelines, content approvals, and deliverables.

    + Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance metrics.

  • Prepare reports on engagement, reach, ROI, and other KPIs to optimize future campaigns.

    + Industry & Trend Awareness

  • Stay up-to-date on social media platforms, influencer trends, and emerging marketing strategies.

  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve influencer engagement and campaign impact.

Qualifications:

+ Able to work 5hrs a week and come into the office once a week.

+ Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

+ An understanding of skin and its’ makeup.
